Our Origins
Sarva Lingua is born out of the success and vision of Yogic Studies, a world-leading platform for the academic study of yoga, Indian philosophy, and South Asian religions. Building on years of experience developing high-quality, accessible online education for a global audience, Sarva Lingua expands this model into a broader, cross-cultural and multilingual context.
The platform was founded by Dr. Seth Powell through a collaborative partnership with Dr. Antonia Ruppel, whose combined expertise in Sanskrit, classical languages, and digital pedagogy informs the academic vision of Sarva Lingua. Together, they share a commitment to making language learning intellectually rigorous, humane, and widely accessible.
